Yoga and meditation together create a safe and supportive atmosphere for people of all types, with postures that are accessible and fun. Yoga builds physical and mental strength, improves balance and coordination, and provides athletes with a broader flexibility that can help them avoid sports injuries.
This project preempts the questions that young people have, such as: What should I look like? How should I act? Should I be smarter, better looking? Our message is clear: you are strong enough, fit enough, and smart enough - You Are Enough!
