Our moderately heated teen yoga program is open to ages 13 – 17. Parents are welcome to be present, but are not encouraged to participate. In this yoga class, students will learn Vinyasa style yoga, as well as an introduction to meditation and mindfulness skills. We help promote body-awareness, self-study, and self-empowerment. Every course is taught by a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified instructor.

Our unheated yoga for kids program is open to ages 4 – 12. Parents are welcome to participate with their child. In this yoga class, students will engage in playful, fun activities based on yoga postures. We help students develop mindful movement and introduce easy-to-understand meditation basics. Every course is taught by a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified instructor.
